We do not collect sensitive information unless there is client consent or it is required by law or by other requirements. We will disclose personal information to third parties if so required by law or as part of providing services to you and also where you have expressly asked us to do so. We will hold your personal information for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

We may record your IP address and details of your access to our sites, we may place cookies on your computer to enable your web browser to search and find us efficiently. We use cookies to monitor the traffic to the various pages on our website, for statistical and website improvement purposes only.  This information is anonymous and will not enable you to be identified.

We undertake steps to protect your information and our staff are fully appraised of the importance of client personal information and the fact that it should not be misused or have unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access to and correction of personal information

In normal circumstances we will provide you with access to personal information upon request, however in some circumstances there may be some legal or administrative reasons to deny access.  If access is denied we will inform you as to the reasons why.
